Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Grace Skin Academy. We pride ourselves on delivering elite cosmetology education and skin therapy certifications. Please read our refund and cancellation criteria carefully before making any purchases.

1. Online Courses & Certification Programs

To maintain educational integrity and protect proprietary teaching resources:

  • Online courses are digital assets that are unlocked instantly. Therefore, **once a student accesses the course contents or logs in to the study portal, the purchase is strictly non-refundable**.
  • If you mistakenly purchase the wrong course and have **not** accessed the learning dashboard or opened any modules, you may request a course exchange within **24 hours** of purchase by contacting our registrar office.

2. Offline Practical Workshops & Seminars

Due to highly restricted seating and pre-scheduled clinical materials for our hands-on workshops:

  • Cancellation 7+ Days Prior: Eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
  • Cancellation 3 to 7 Days Prior: Eligible for a 50% refund, or the option to reschedule your attendance to a future workshop date (subject to seat availability).
  • Cancellation Within 72 Hours: Registration fee is strictly non-refundable. No reschedules will be accommodated as resources and models will have already been assigned.

3. Physical Study Kits and Skincare Equipment

For physical materials or skincare practice kits shipped to your location:

  • Returns are accepted within **14 days** of delivery.
  • Items must be in their **original, unopened, sealed, and unused condition** to prevent sanitation hazards. Used tools, open chemical packs, or unsealed skincare ointments cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the items were received damaged.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these directions:

  1. Email a formal written request to our support desk: graceskinacademy@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your full name, student ID, invoice receipt, and details regarding the purchase transaction.
  3. State the reason for your refund/exchange request.

Approved refund requests will be processed and returned to the original payment source within **7 to 10 working days** from the approval date.

5. Academy Cancellation

In the highly unlikely event that Grace Skin Academy must cancel a practical workshop due to faculty emergency, national holiday, or force majeure events, enrolled students will be offered a choice between a 100% full refund or immediate priority transfer to the next available session.
